"The problem that I was having with my xbox 360 was that it would freeze without red lights. I took it to Mike in Long Beach CA and it has been a little bit over two weeks and I've had NO problems since and my xbox 360 would shut off after about an hour of game play. The other day I played splinter cell for two hours and left the game on for more than one hour and it hasn't froze at all. Thanks Mike! "
